FREIGHT WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All standard shipping orders from our Everyday Bouquet and Corporate ranges are dispatched from our Currumbin store within 24 hours of receiving your order unless ordering on a Friday afternoon or weekend when it will be processed the following Monday.

Orders from our Everyday Bouquet and Corporate ranges requesting SAME DAY DELIVERY for Gold Coast region (Kingscliff to Yatala) and Brisbane Metro will be dispatched and delivered between 10.00am and 5.30pm that day.  However, note the cut off times for same day delivery are as follows;

SAME DAY DELIVERY GOLD COAST (Kingscliff to Yatala), cut off 12.00pm. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

SAME DAY DELIVERY BRISBANE METRO, cut off 10.00am.  Orders received after this time will be delivered the following day (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

Orders from our Wedding Range have a processing time of 3-4 weeks plus delivery time.  Please allow plenty of time before your big day when ordering.  When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking details.

To freight items, we predominantly use Shippit who provide us with the most cost effective live quotes via Aus Post.  We also use a mix of external couriers who are freighting legends whom we trust and value highly.

Once standard shipping items have been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or text message with your tracking number so you can track delivery.  Most orders take between 1-5 business days to arrive.  

We are unable to provide tracking details for other delivery types due to using a mix of external couriers but rest assured that your delivery will be made safely and in a timely manner.  If, for any reason we are unable to deliver, we will notify you ASAP.  Please consider if the delivery address is a gated complex or one that requires access to leave at the recipients door. If we are unable to access the address, a re-delivery fee will apply and re-delivery will not be completed until full payment has been made.
