Join Asha and Aysha for a 2 hour introductory workshop to fermented food at Gather store this Saturday the 29th of July 2017. From 10.00am-12.00 noon

- Learn how to make kimchi and kraut and express your own flavour preference
- What you can do with them once they are made
The girls will walk you through the process from start to finish and then move into a tasting session. Learn how to support your gut health by using fermented foods in every day kitchen creations.
This is a casual and interactive session based in artisan knowledge using seasonal product and celebrating the space where food brings people together.
Guests will receive a super tasty lunch and loads of inspiration.

Aysha is a small business owner, mother, yoga teacher, fermentor, interior designer and is passionate about all things nutrition and wellness. She combined her passions and crated Kinfolk and Co an online store that sells beautifully handcrafted and locally made kitchenware. She lives in Northern NSW with her partner, two children, two chickens and pet rabbit 'Pedro'.
Aysha believes in the idea of going back to doing things the way we used to in handmade craft work using materials from the earth, in the art of food making and how these acts are both nurturing and grounding of rthe body and soul.
