IN THE BEGINNING ...

Like many others these days we met on bumble! I knew he was the one when when we moved to Torquay after just 3 months of dating during Covid. We didn’t mind our tiny Airbnb where we had to cook on the floor, we were just so happy to be by the beach.

LEADING UP TO THE BIG DAY ...

Don’t sweat the small stuff! It never goes to plan. I bought the first dress I tried on, booked the first venue we looked at and it all felt so easy and natural. I knew I wanted dried flowers so we and bridesmaids had something to cherish and keep.

ON THE DAY ...

Byron bay - beach and surf club. Delegated a lot of small tasks. Being beach lovers we were so stoked the weather turned on for our beach ceremony, barefoot laidback and full of fun! The dance floor was absolutely wild which is what we hoped for :)

ON REFLECTION ...

No one notices the small things you do! Let the little hiccups go and enjoy the ride! Take 15 mins together and sit and soak it all in because it goes as quickly as they say. Gifts to remember (ie break up your dried arbour and gift to loved ones).

LOOKING FORWARD ...

Hopefully some babies ;) it’s a commitment to love and support one another no matter what. No fear or doubt, wholly trust in one another. It’s a commitment to uplifting and encouraging one another. We gone from a couple to a family.
