RETURNS

The team at Gather believe customer satisfaction is of utmost importance and we want you to be more than 100% happy with your online purchase. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will happily accept a return of any full priced items within 14 days of purchase and provide a full refund. If 14 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items should be returned to our Currumbin warehouse in original condition with all tags attached. Goods exempt from being returned include perishable items such as food, flowers and books.  Gift cards are also non-returnable.  

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM 

Please notify us via chat@gatheraustralia.com.au to let us know you plan to return an item, along with the postal tracking number. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A trackable shipping service is preferred to ensure we receive your return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please remember that to be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be in it's original condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days of purchase.  Thank you!

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund. Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items can not be refunded - only regular priced items.

 

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at chat@gatheraustralia.com.au and send your item to the address above.

 

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you have received an item in error, please email us at chat@gatheraustralia.com.au so we can resolve this for you immediately.
