WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Gather relies on the information you have provided In order to process your order. Please ensure that all delivery and contact details are correct. In the case that incorrect delivery details have been provided, Gather will not refund any portion of the payment received and will require further payment to be made to re-send the order to the correct address.
Gather acknowledges that on rare occasions damage may occur to packaging and product in transit however replacement of damaged products or lost items will be at the sole discretion of Gather.Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods via email and be sure to include photos of damage. In the case of missing orders, please contact us ASAP so we can contact our shippers and lodge a case.
Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with current Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.If for any reason you are unhappy with your products and would like to return them, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving them. All return requests must be accompanied by a valid reason for returning them. If a refund is offered, funds will be transferred back into your nominated account.Please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to appear back in your account.
Product prices do not include delivery fees. Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout.
Although every effort will be made to have your products arrive within the agreed time frame, Gather cannot guarantee specific delivery days with regards to shipments sent by Aus Post.
We require 14 days notice prior to your ETA in order to refund the purchase price minus a $50 administration fee.Cancellations received after this date will forfeit 50% of total order value. We are unable to refund orders that have been completed and are in the process of being shipped.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions but some variations to finished product may occur due to seasonal variations and availability.
ORDERING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
DISPATCH OF ORDERS
Once your order has been placed, we will endeavour to process and dispatch orders to you within 3 business days.Large orders may take longer depending on volume and product availability.We will notify you if we identify any potential delays regarding increased production times or product availability issues.
Based on our own retail experience in the flower game, we believe that our smaller dried flowers posies merchandise better if they are grouped en masse to create best visual impact!With this in mind, a minimum of ten units is required for each bouquet style.
FREIGHT INFORMATION AND CHARGES
We use Aus Post as our main freight supplier.Freight charges will be automatically calculated at checkout and all delivery details provided will be linked through to Aus post at time of sale.Please ensure to input correct details as it is difficult to change once shipped and will incur additional freight costs if your order gets returned to us and needs to be re-sent.
Once your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time.

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We are based on the Gold Coast so please allow between 3-7 working days to receive your items once you have received freighting confirmation.

Please note, during busy times of the year such as lead up to Christmas, Mother's Day and Valentines Day, there may be extended delays. Please allow for these events by placing your order as early as possible.
All orders are sent in sturdy card board cartons. We ship our flowers all over Australia using Aus Post. We ensure our cartons have ample care instructions attached such as fragile tape, 'this way up' stickers, a description of contents as well as delivery details of the person and business we are sending to.
